Practical Information

Access to the platform

The platform will open 2 weeks prior to the conference. Attendees will receive an invitation via email to create a password and access the platform.

From this moment, you will be able to watch the content available on-demand, visit our sponsor and exhibitor pages, network with your peers, create your schedule for the live event and more.

Event time zone

The virtual platform will be automatically adjusted to your time zone. Therefore, the timing of the sessions will be shown based on your computer time settings and we endeavour to use time slots which are convenient for a global audience. Should you miss a session, you will have the chance to watch it afterwards using our ‘on-demand’ service.

Session format & recordings

The program will be a mix of on-demand sessions and live broadcast.

All the sessions will be recorded and available on the platform 24 hours after initial broadcast. You will be able to re-watch them as many times as you want.

Post-conference access

After the conference, you will have 3 months of unlimited access to the virtual platform, including the session recordings, networking features and exhibitor pages. Access will be granted by your own personalized code.

CEU

Attendees can earn a total of 1.4 CEUs by successfully answering a minimum of 3 out of 5 assessment questions for each of the sessions attended.

A link to the questionnaires will be available in each session page 24 hours after livestream.

Documents from sessions

The presentations from sessions will be accessible from each session page (where applicable) 24 hours after livestream.
